The MTO Local Employee Relations Committee (LERC) exists as a forum to facilitate resolution of local problems, and promotes communication between management and Local 270. The Committee meets once a month. Local 270 representatives are Dan McKnight (Co-Chair) and Dave Edwards.

If you have an issue that has not been resolved by your supervisor, you should forward it through your steward to the representatives on this committee. Matters that are not resolved at LERC, can be forwarded to the Ministry Employee Relations Committee (MERC) for resolution.
